This is an authentic kiddie ride like you would see at the mall, fully operational. It can be placed out on route, or would be an incredible toy for a home.

Everything on the machine works great, and the ride has been disenfected so it's nice and clean for children.

The machine plugs into a regular 120v power outlet, residential use is fine. You either drop a quarter in it, or use the switch inside the back door (keys are included). A womans voice tells you to press start, and when you do the ride begins.

Operation is really simple, there's the start button and also a horn button that beeps when you press it while the game is running. The machine rocks back and forth from front to back, kids love it! It's safe, and plays driving noises the whole time you're racing.

The interesting thing about these Kiddie Rides is they were built TOUGH. There's little to no maintenance needed, and you can even leave them in a back yard; rain doesn't damage them, they're made of fiberglass. The electric motor is a long life item that rarely goes bad. -
This game could be placed on a back patio or in a back yard area, it doesn't have to be inside. Remember they built these to sit out in the weather outside malls and storefronts, they are largely weatherproof. -
The fiberglass body has some scuffs and scrapes from where Speedy had some close races over the years, but all in all the ride is nice and solid and very clean. Look at that paint job! -

This is a great little Coin-Operated Kiddie Ride, "Speedy the Race Car". The machine works great and plays race car sounds when you drive it.
