Dixieland Pinball Machine $1099

  • The game is really fun to play, and is themed after a makeshift Dixieland band. All the scoring reels work, as well as all the lights and relays on the game. The cabinet is in good shape as you can see, it was repainted and looks phenomenal.
  • The playfield is in good shape, and in general looks very nice. It has been stripped, fully cleaned, and then has had a thick layer of wax applied to protect the paint, as well as make the ball roll fast!
  • All the bulbs work, and the rubbers on the playfield have been replaced. Also it has new flipper bats that look great. This is a "Zipper Flipper" game... the flippers move closer as you play! Crazy.
  • The backglass has been extensively touched up where it has flaked over the years. It's been sealed so if will never flake again... and then the missing areas of paint have been repainted! It's not perfect, but check out the pictures, it looks great and will always look exactly like this now that the glass is sealed.
  • This game is set on freeplay, and is ready to retire to your gameroom! It plays fast, and is really fun.
  • The gameplay has a neat feature, on the right side is a mini bagatelle playfield; little pins like Plinko that the ball drops through. If you have the wrong options hit on the playfield though, the gate is open at the bottom and you'll lose your ball! OR, you can "add a ball" to your available total; OR, you can win a new ball through the gate at the bottom right.
  • The chimes are great in this game, it has that great E.M. sound with all the spinning wheels and the clicking relays, plus the knocker when you get a free game, and the chimes when you score. Love it!
  • This is one of the unique bally "Canopy" games, where the glass has a metal frame all around it that lifts out of the game. This game looks beautiful.
  • The backglass spells out "Dixieland"... if you get "Dixie" or "Dixieland" lit up, you win a free game. So certain letters are always flashing depending on how far you have advanced the dixieland reel, and it stays in place from game to game. Only ever so often are all of the letters lit up for an extra free game!
  • The zipper flipper action is neat... if you hit a certain bumper, the flippers 'zip' together making it impossible to lose the ball through the middle of them! It changes the way the game plays, because the flippers can move in or out in an instant.
  • This is a great Electro-Mechanical pinball machine from 1968... Bally's classic "Dixieland". It's been largely restored, and looks and works great!
